Sustainable Design Highlights:

A roof top solar panal array was installed to supply enery for heating the hot water for the building.

Enerpro iEMS:

Enerpro remotely monitors and controls boiler room operation. DHW temperature is controlled based on building profile. Tenants are metered and billed for consumption of hot water and fireplace gas. This pay per-use billing for each suite has resulted in substantial gas savings. The iEMS also provides monitoring and measurement of the efficiency for the solar installation.
