Goal is to reduce consumption due to user awareness. Each tenant only pays for energy that it is using - fair cost allocation. The following types of energy are metered in each suite:

• Heating energy (kWh)
• Cooling energy (kWh)
• Domestic Hot Water consumption (US gal)
• Electricity (kWh)

Enerpro iEMS:

Boiler room monitoring and optimization system, monitors continuously system operation and adjusts parameters to optimize its performance.

Energy Savings:

GAS CONSUMPTION REDUCED: 50%
GROSS WATER LOAD REDUCED: 59%
GHG EMISSIONS REDUCTION: 64 TONS PER YEAR
ANNUAL SAVINGS: $18,784
