Sustainable Design Highlights:

Based on a typical HVAC design and installation, every A/C unit had a thermostat. All units were running all the time per the program set at the thermostat. Lighting was consuming more energy than required.

Enerpro iEMS:

Enerpro’s strategy included ventilation based on occupancy. Air quality is monitored throughout the building and units are switched on/off as required. Temperature set points are constantly adjusted based on operation mode. As a result, units operate less, consume less energy and last longer.

Electricity for lighting was also decreased. Incoming voltage for lighting system was optimized to provide voltage levels optimal for particular type of lighting.

ELECTRICITY REDUCED: 21%

GHG REDUCED: 131 TONS
