Steven comes with many years of business development and investment banking experience in the built environment as well as others. His business acumen comes from helping develop and manage companies from early existence to maturity with a focus on sustainability and business sufficiency.
Geoff Mulligan

Geoff’s experience in business operations provides structure and standardization to Enerpro’s operation and finance teams. His leadership and strategic planning background promotes growth and a strong corporate culture within the organization. Geoff holds a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of BC
Andrew Davidson
Senior Business
Development Manager
Andrew has worked with Enerpro since 2017, leading the company’s Business Development team. Having extensive experience developing strategic relationships in a B2B environment, Andrew oversees Enerpro’s business development initiatives, including customer, acquisition, education, strategic relationships and marketing. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from the University of Victoria, as well as Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business.
Thomas Kennedy
Business Development Manager
Thomas hails from small-town Ontario but has lived in British Columbia since 2015. Passionate about client relationships, Thomas makes it his personal goal to manage every project from the initial consultation to the project’s successful completion. Thomas thrives in bringing people and organizations together to make an environmental and social impact on the communities we work, live, and build. During the week Thomas can be found in the forest mountain biking, hiking, and ski touring. On the weekends he is likely down a logging road hunting for waves.
Brendan Mongeon
Senior Engineering Analyst
Brendan joined the Enerpro team in 2017, bringing a decade of experience in submetering and metrology systems. Brendan works as a liaison between engineering consultants and trades, building owners and Enerpro’s operations team. His responsibilities include conceptualizing new and existing systems, defining technology management strategies and identifying potential deficiencies and associated solutions. He is a registered Applied Science Technologist in British Columbia in the electronic engineering discipline and a distinguished graduate of the Sustainable Energy Management program at BCIT. He holds an electronics engineering technician diploma from George Brown College, having previously studied computer information systems at Douglas College. In addition, he is a both a Certified Energy Auditor and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional and Vice-President of the Association of Energy Engineers Metro Vancouver chapter.
